25 EUR – individual
35 EUR – pair / team

Video Upload and Competition

Video upload deadline: November 18, 2025
Videos must be uploaded to YouTube in high resolution (minimum 1080p, 60 fps).
After uploading, competitors must send the video link to info@tkoi-uriho.hr

Video title format:
Competitor name – Country – Poomsae name – Class – Friendly Open 2025

The competition will be streamed live on the official YouTube channel of the Croatian Para Taekwondo Federation:

Competition date: Sunday, November 23, 2025, at 12:00 CET
Results and awards will be published on www.martial.events after the event.

Technical Video Requirements

Resolution: Minimum 1080p, 60 frames per second
Athlete’s full body must be visible at all times
Camera can rotate up to 45° left/right
Zoom is allowed if the full body remains visible
Video must be recorded in landscape mode
Athlete must face the camera in the starting position

Deductions:
Poor quality videos that cannot be judged – minimum score 1.5 per poomsae
0.3 deduction if any body part is out of frame (per movement)
0.6 deduction if a poomsae outside the prescribed group is performed

Requirements

National registration for 2025 and a valid medical certificate (for CRO athletes).
Minimum 8th kup (9th kup for demo divisions).
Proof of international classification or relevant medical documentation confirming class.

Awards

Certificates for all competitors (delivered by email).
Virtual medals for winners.
Coaches may request physical medals within one week after the event.
Coach or club covers the postage costs.

Team Awards:
Top three clubs or teams by total points will receive official team cups (virtual certificates and optional physical cups).

Competition Method

Cut-off system (final –8).
If more than eight competitors are in a class, two sets of two poomsae must be uploaded, selected from the prescribed group.

Sports Classes

P10 – Visual impairment (P11, P12)
P20 – Intellectual impairment (P21, P22, P23)
P30 – Neurological impairment (P31–P35)
P40 – Physical impairment (P41–P45)
P50 – Assistive devices (P51–P53)
P60 – Hearing impairments
P70 – Short stature (seniors 16+, P72)

Divisions

Individual: P10, P20, P30, P40, P50, P60, P70
Pair (2 athletes): P10, P20, P30, P40, P50, P60, P70
Team (3 athletes): P10, P20, P30, P40, P50, P60, P70
Demo: Beginners (9th kup), Younger cadets (–12 yrs, from 8th kup or higher, one round, free choice poomsae)

Team Scoring

1st place – 9 points
2nd place – 5 points
3rd place – 2 points
5th place – 1 point
9th place – 0.5 points
Athletes without opponent (bye) – 0.3 points

Poomsae Requirements (Group 1/2)

Cadets (13–14 yrs): T1–T3 / T4–T6
Juniors (15–17 yrs): T2–T5 / T6–T8, Koryo
Seniors (16+ yrs): T3–T7 / T8–Shipjin (Keumgang excluded for P30)
Younger cadets and demo divisions: Free choice, one poomsae, one round

Deduction: 0.6 points per poomsae if not performed according to the prescribed group.

Rules

The competition will follow the World Para Taekwondo Poomsae Competition Rules (as of September 30, 2024).
